Saving up

Well I decided that our house should have a commercial grade fire alarm system and I diverted a few hundredays bucks into a special savings account.

I like the Edward Signaling brand and will be gething them from lowvoltageproduct.com.

Thank you, I really didn't think that 4 9volt batteries would power bother the strobe and the horn but it worked.

I got a new fire alarm from Ebay and it only cost me $10.00 and the reason they were removed was because they were to high pitched to function as fire alarms for sleeping residents.

Activating a fire alarm via battery

Well I purchased to fire alarms off of Ebay & i read the disclaimer that the fire alarms may or may not work so i used the 9 volt battery meathod and nothing, did I use the wrong cable or was the alarm dead on arrival?
