Re: Use of Auditorium as Shelter

Most certainly not a good idea. This is a security camera clip from the 2012 Henryville, Indiana F4 tornado. Id imagine something similar would happen during an earthquake.

Re: Fire Alarm Panel/Bells

The second picture that you titled "vintage bell" is actually a head detector. Are there any other devices in your house? Does the system still work?

Re: I'm so old I remember when...

Im so (notveryold) old, that when in childhood, "FRED" was still a thing on YouTube, Giant 72in CRTs were a thing (my dad got shocked/knocked out by one), Mini four-wheelers/cars were really popular (I had a mini Corvette lmao), EVERYBODY played ClubPenguin, Justin Beiber was really popular (still a...

Re: Hi/Intro

Hello, as soon as I read that you maintain 20+ church buildings in your area, that makes me ask:
Do you live in Utah? If so, then that's nice to see another member in here from Utah.
Welcome!

Re: Revert the forum theme

The icons are too big in this new theme, and its hard to navigate around the site. Half the site is using the old theme, while the other half is using the current one. The new theme is also overly-complicated. As far as I know, this new theme was completely unasked for, and you guys made the decisio...

No "Mark posts as read" Button

The "Mark posts as read" button is gone now. Can you guys just revert everything? Everything was working fine before. Not trying to be offensive, but it seems like you don't really know what you're doing as far as messing with the themes.

The pulse signal (march time) was just a signal that many manufacturers used before Code 3, simply because it was more attention-getting than continuous.

Honeywell themselves dont make the horns, they are made/sold by System Sensor, which is a division of Honeywell.

Re: What devices have YOU gotten for free?

I recently got an FBII XL4CPO, a Silent Knight NAC extender, a bunch of addressable smokes, a couple modules, and a box of TrueAlerts. The Truealerts were spares that came from an abandoned building, and everything else is from somebody who dropped them off at my door. All I did was ask on my local ...
