Is a FireX 120-1072C Rare?

Hi.
I got a FireX 120-1072C a few days ago and it has Ramp-Up Test and Hush. Is this rare? I think it is because I never saw a 120-1072 have hush or Ramp-Up Test.

Just got some Wiring Harnesses for 86RAC

So a few weeks ago, my grandpa called me and said “Since you already have my old smoke alarms, why not I give you the wiring harness?” I accepted, and he dropped them off at my house. He also gave me surprise items: Electrical Boxes to mount my alarms on. I thanked my grandpa for the items, and here...

Re: Can someone confirm the existence of this Universal Security Instruments heat alarm?

Cool. I just saw the weirdest image on the internet for a KN-COSM-IBA. Apparently, It’s just an edited image of a Firex FADC to have 2 front vents. Image

Should this site have Dark Mode?

Hello. I am posting a suggestion, that suggestion being the addition of a Dark Theme. I think it should be accessed by the User Control Panel, I feel that this suggestion may be good for those who use Dark Theme, such as myself. There should be a “System Default” which is, If your device uses dark m...

Can someone confirm the existence of this Universal Security Instruments heat alarm?

I was randomly browsing the Internet for images of heat alarms then I found this. There is also the BRK HD6135F, Kidde HD135F, Which I saw on videos on YouTube, but I cannot confirm if this USI heat alarm is real or just an edited image. There is a dim continuous green light on the Firex G-U and I have never heard the Firex G-U go off, All I kno...

I made a typo. I can’t see if each alarm works with AC power because I have no wiring harness for it.

BRK 86RAC Defect?

I have a few BRK 86RAC smoke alarms. I was comparing each of them, and one of the alarms had something wrong with it. What was the issue with one of the alarms? There is a metal piece sticking out in the battery drawer, and The battery drawer almost closes completely without a battery, despite me tr...
