Are all DACTS IP based now no more POTS?

Are all of the state’s demanding dual path and can they be a mix and match primary and secondary of IP (wired & cellular) POTS, Radio?

Short answer: Yes.

Long answer: The idea is if one method is incapacitated (e.g. heavy thunderstorm hampers satellite communication), the other method can still alert the monitoring station. So mixing is the intended method (usually POTS and IP.)
