Discussion: Behavior During Fire Drills

I was thinking about this topic last night. While browsing YouTube, I found this video:

As you can see, I left a rather nasty comment, but it got me thinking about ridiculous behavior that has happened at my school in the past.

For example, during a fire drill in 5th grade, my former friend ran around in circles screaming “FIRE DRILL! FIRE DRILL!” (By the way, Wiley,
That was a few weeks after I showed him “D.W’s Fire Drill!”)

Also, in grade 6, we had a fire drill during band, and a fellow student didn’t bother taking off his saxophone, and he was actually playing it on the blacktop!

So, how do you guys think children should behave during a fire drill?

(Also, post funny or awkward fire drill moments here!)

I can’t fix the URL issue for you, since I’m not a moderator, but the overall format is

without spaces so it renders correctly:

Anyway, I don’t mind if people talk during fire drills as long as they evacuate quickly, within the perscribed time. At my school, four minutes is pushing it, but we usually evacuate quicker than that. I’ve attatched a video of my own fire drill video as well as the one where the alarm went off unexpectedly, and as you can see, I talk as well.
