Hiya all
I’ve been a fire engineer for some years yet I’ve come across a issue with a morley panel with Apollo addressable sounders. Following a small loop extension only 1 of the original sounders works and the additional one. To add to this the panel shows status ok yet in the device menu several devices appear as disabled. Spoke to morley who haven’t a clue and said just to play with it as it seems that everything should be ok !

Most, if not all of the users on this forum are located either in the United States or Canada. Unfortunately, that means that almost none of us have any experience with European fire alarm equipment.
Before I suggest anything, please bear in mind that I am not a technician, so do not try anything until other people have confirmed this.
Have you tried going into the programming menu on the panel (if it has one) and re-enabling the devices? Are they standalone sounders, or are they detectors on sounder bases?
Again, I am not a technician, so do not try anything yet.
