Network Interface Simplex 4010 Panel to a GST Panel

Hi, Fire Panel forums.

I would like to inquire about this situation before I go buying the product. :?

I have a Simplex 4010 Panel which I have to interface to a Main panel which is a GST Panel. I thought of using the Simplex Wired Network Interface card 4010-9821 but I am not sure if it will work with a GST panel.

Or is there another way for a Simplex 4010 panel to tell the GST panel that there’s a fire emergency if ever. I have some options in mind but I want to ask here first just to be sure.

Have the GST panel monitor the alarm contacts on the Simplex panel. You’ll only get a general alarm out of this though.

You can use hard wired relays on each system to talk to each other.
