"New" Panel in construction!

So as some of you may know, I’ve always built my panels by hand. My latest one was built back in early August of last year. After a bit of thinking, I decided to rip apart the panel and rebuild it from scratch! Here is what will be updated and featured in revision 2 of the panel.

Upcoming improvements:

Dress Panel
New Switch Interface Board (fan, smoke reset, drill, trouble)
Mounted higher
More storage space in bottom of panel
Cleaner wiring

I just need to pick up the right drill bits so I can drill holes big enough in the board for the Switch Board. Then I can finish wiring and build the dress panel!

Why not build a micro controller bassed panel? or Even a relay based panel?

Make a latching panel…

Maybe that’s too complicated for him to build. It would be for me…

I “have” the parts to make a relay panel, but I was given 6-volt relays instead of 12-volt ones. I don’t have the time, knowledge, or money to build a micro-controller panel. That would mean totally making a new panel. Right down to a new case.
