Since I currently don’t have an idnet pull station for that feature on the 4008 can I use a normal station with just the wires?
No. A pull station for a conventional zoned system is just a switch. If connected to the IDNet it would just short the IDNet when pulled. You have to use a pull station with the IAM built in or a conventional pull station with an external IAM. The addressable module is required.
