I heard Secutron fire alarm parts are now available over the counter. Does anybody know if this is true or a company or website where I can find them? Thanks

Although I believe this company is just part of Mircom, if you check out the http://www.mircom.com/ Mircom Website, It is basically the same thing as the Secutron website, with the exception of the colours.
The OP was asking if Secutron products can be purchased over the counter, and they aren’t available from the company website.

You can get Edward, Fire-lite, SAE, SK(I think), System Sensor, STI,ect. form http://www.tclifesafety.com/fire-life-safety.html
I have got stuff from them and never regretted it.
