I was watching a commercial for WeatherTech and it looks like there’s possibly a ceiling mount fire alarm under the eave of this house. Any thoughts?

The images uploaded really small for some reason, here's a link to a larger size of the second image.

It's probably a sprinkler alarm.

I'm seconding this. In my area we have a neighborhood filled with sprinklers in the houses and there are exterior 120VAC horn strobes as well.

It looks like a P2R mounted on the ceiling, and I second the above comments. A house near me has a Potter SH horn/strobe most likely as a sprinkler alarm.

Or more likely a P2RHK-120.

To the OP: here's how to correctly embed images from Google Drive
1. Make sure the image's link permission is set to "Anyone with the link can view". If this option is not available, your Google account is managed by an administrator and they do not allow external sharing. If this happens, please use a personal account instead.
2. Get the ID (an alphanumeric, case-sensitive string that always starts with 1 or 0) from the file detail page URL. If the URL is https://drive.google.com/file/d/1A2B3C4D5E6F/view, the file ID is 1A2B3C4D5E6F
3. Put the image URL together, and include it in your post.
Original size: https://docs.google.com/uc?export=view&id=FILE_ID
Resize: Use the following format: https://cp4.ggpht.com/d/FILE_ID=s800
Change the number after the s to change the image size.
Play around with different numbers after the s, and use the preview function to make sure you're embedding the image at the size you want.
