Hello everyone!
I had the idea recently to put together something unique using an Arduino microcontroller or some other microcontroller of the sort. I would like to set out on the ambitious task of building my own homemade control panel from scratch, including the cabinet and all of the internals and going through the painstaking process of programming everything. I really enjoy building things and tinkering with electronics, so I feel like this would be a really fun and creative project. Does anyone have a good recommendation for a good microcontroller to use? I was thinking of using an Arduino or Raspberry Pi, but I have no idea if that is truly what I should use…I would love to post the finished product to the forums though, even though it’ll probably be awhile. Let me know what you guys think
