Potentially an old annunciator?

It's more likely than not Simplex, but also could not be. Most of the school is Simplex, there are even a few old bells. Don't think the bells still work (and neither does that panel thing)

Edit: sorry for potato quality, phone can't take pictures worth crap.

I think it came out just fine but I don't know the name of the annunciatior I'm sorry to say.

The purple bits at the top and bottom and all the dark spots are my sensor being messed up on my phone. :(

That is the remains of two 4602-9101 Status Command Units. I say remains because copying the photo to my computer and magnifying it shows several anomalies. The plates are installed inverted. The holes where the LEDs would be have the little cup flange towards the front instead of the back. The rectangular holes to access the DIP switches are in the wrong positions. Increased magnification also shows the circuit board mounting studs are removed as is the tube for the lamp test switch hole. With the board mounting studs are removed that means there are no circuit boards behind the plates. That lamp test hole is towards the top of the plate and should be towards the bottom.

That’s very interesting - what’s also funny is that entrance doesn’t have an annunciator. The only other entrance to the building is on the other side of the building, ~500ft away.

Its the Faraday 5640 horn (aka the Simplex 4051) from your school locker room with a remote Simplex 4050-80 light below it. Not sure of the exact model or even if it is made by Simplex or Faraday.

Yep, the light is from Faraday due to the fact these horns are labeled with Faraday. Three horns are in the whole school: in the gym, the hall connecting the gym and locker room (no light), and the locker room, which also has a SpectrAlert Advance ceiling mount horn strobe, plus the Varsity Football locker room has a 241M pull station. Plus, the light uses the same font as the Faraday/Cerberus Pyrotronics/Siemens MCS/S110-1 strobe devices lettering.

However, the SpectrAlert Advance is taped.
