From the Divi (all inclusive), Aruba. Name this (possibly foreign) fire alarm!
That looks like a security alarm of some sort.

It is indeed a siren/speaker for a security system. I've seen many of these alarms in Oranjestad. In the picture below, the logo on the grille indicates that these devices are manufactured by ELK.

Well I do have to admit that is an interesting looking design that they have and they probably would get your attention if they go off.

Because they can come with or without the light/strobe depending on the needs of the building owner and what sort of security they need.

No its not a fire alarm. I'm pretty sure its a siren that goes off for security.

Probably why it really isn't seen around in buildings much at least in America.

I saw a couple alarms that looked exactly like System Sensor MA horns with beacon lights, that alarm horn grille with a light too. IDK.

The panel is a Notifier System 500 rebranded by Fire-Lite, and the detector is a System Sensor 1400.

The panel is a Fire-Lite Sensiscan 200, which can handle up to 16 zones and 8 NACs and were available until the late 1990s. These were replaced by the MS-5210UD, and now the MS-10UD.

The detector is a System Sensor 1451.

Name that fire alarm. Almost looks like an Exceeder non-LED speaker strobe.
