When I go to their site address (firelite.com), it displays the following prompt. Is this a client side issue? I need to access the website to I can get to the Fire Lite 5024 Manual.

You are correct in that it appears that the website is currently down.
notifier.com, systemsensor.com, silentknight.com and gamewell-fci.com all give the same error message as well. honeywell.com works fine however.
Maybe they’re just updating stuff for the new L-Series devices and newer panels or whatnot.
Same thing with System Sensor’s the other day at my house. IDK what’s wrong with them.
The website seems to be back up now. For me at least.
