Not 100% sure what this is.
To me, it looks like a Simplex TrueAlarm, but its LED says otherwise (since the TrueAlarms I see on Google Imges shows it on the head and not to the side)

I don’t know what that is, but it is NOT a TrueAlarm or 4098-9714!
