I ordered a Gentex Commander from JMAC. It was lost, and never ended up coming. Is this typical for them? I have ordered multiple alarms from them, and they have all been late. Please feel free to tell your good/bad stories with them.
I think JMAC has been pretty mixed for me. I recall the security system I ordered for my house and its parts came in less than a day, but it took FOREVER for a can of smoke sabre on regular shipping for both. I would suggest to contact them to inquire about the case.
