Is this the most rarest Gamewell horn?

I found this listing on eBay of a horn that had a projector on it and on the nameplate it shown that it was a Gamewell 66856 and is 120VAC. When I looked this up I could not find any information about this alarm, could that make this a very rare or one-of-a-kind horn that was never discovered before? I noticed that the projector on this horn is rotated 45 degrees compared to the projector’s on Simplex 4040’s that are not rotated.

This appears to be a Gamewell rebranded version of the Faraday 5410 series horn, a rather common device that was also labeled as the more familiar Simplex 4050.

I’m sure it is rare for it to be relabeled as a Gamewell horn but the Simplex 4050 isn’t that particularly rare.
