Silent Knight 5208 multiple test signals/comm failure messages

I was just wondering if anyone else has run into this issue and if so, how did you fix it? I have a SK 5208 hooked to a phone line and a IPGSM4G-2013 cell unit. Every night it sends multiple test signals (sometimes as many as 16) and then will end with a comm failure. System is beeping in trouble every morning when the customer opens for the day. I have already called tech support and they had me change some programming (programming account 2 info) and said that it should fix it but I still have the same problem every night.

UPDATE: I went to the site yesterday and found that my guys had dialer one on the fire panel hooked to a phone line and dialer two hooked to line one of the cell dialer. The IPGSM4G requires that both dialers be hooked to the cell for it to work properly. Made that switch and it now seems to be working properly.
