If this is an original type 4010 the files created by the 4010 programmer and the separate DACT programmer are needed to change the account number and phone numbers.
In a 4010ES the DACT is programmed in the ES programmer and is downloaded to the panel. The CPU then sends that information to the DACT as part of the system startup process.
