I haven’t Everston detector and not sure if it has a mounting plate here’s a picture
I think what you’re asking is if that detector should have a mounting plate, which I can’t tell by the photo. Can you phrase your question a bit more clearly and give us the model of the detector?
Yes computertech24 sold me that heat Detector because he can’t figure out how to get the mounting plate off the detector and I’m wondering if it has one and if it does how do I get it off? I don’t have the model number. And 1 more question how do I test it since its fixed temp. At 135F
There’s a slot somewhere along the circumference of the heat detector.
Insert a flathead screwdriver and then, while holding it, rotate the head counterclockwise.
