How to change 4005 signal coding

Ok so idk how to change the signal coding on the 4005. Does anybody know how? I have all access codes thanks!

OK, the NAC you want affected by the coding change needs to be set as an Audible NAC or this won’t work.

I will assume you already know your way around the 4005…

  1. Log in as Level 4.
  2. Open the Menu and scroll to Programming. Press Enter.
  3. Scroll to System Options and press Enter.
  4. Scroll to Audible Evacuation and press Enter.
  5. Scroll through the various signal coding options.
  6. Press Enter when you have made your selection.
  7. Press Exit until you get to a screen saying that the configuration as changed.
  8. Select “Save CFIG”.
  9. This is very important… DO NOT POWER DOWN THE PANEL WHILE IT IS SAVING. Doing so will CORRUPT the panel!
  10. Press Enter to save the configuration.
