This system has done this a few times over the last few years… not a common occurrence… but it happens… and never is anything wrong other than system shows trouble… press reset… and all clear for long periods of time… I suspect if they just did proper monthly service it would never happen… lol… but I heard rumours about a firmware issue somewhere… wondering if anyone else has heard this?
