It’s not Cerberus Pyrotronics because the strobe is frosted, but Cerberus Pyrotronics didn’t start rebranding Faraday equipment until 1996. I don’t know if any of the other brands can be eliminated based on this.

I can make out FOS on it making it FOS.

Yeah, which is still Faraday (though any of the other listed brands are still Faraday too since Faraday was the original manufacturer): “FOS” was supposedly their “generic” brand (which also supposedly stands for “Faraday OutSourced”).
