UPDATE 2025: So I just purchased a SpectrAlert Advance police strobe off of eBay, and after seeing it, it looks like the blue lens is one of those optical lens you can buy as an accessory, but they put some liquid adhesive or something, because the adhesive looks somewhat misplaced. It looks like they only sell these in Weatherproof models. Pretty cool device regardless!
