Wheelock and Edwards has red white and blue strobe colour options!

All the more reason to choose their products.

Mom? Can we have a Gentex GMS?

No. We already have a Gentex GMS at home.

It’s a bare Faraday 6120 on a Gentex Strobe Plate

Actually it’s the Horn from my Simplex 4903-9219, but it’s the same thing.

So there’s this internet trend going on right now called “Stupid Google AI Answers” and I thought I would take a whack at it and see what I get. And boy did it produce.

And they say AI is the future. If I hear that again, I’ll just show them this.

More proof Ai is the “Future.”

They said the Gentex Commander 1 is Multi Candela and is Multi Tone.

Hey: no technology’s perfect (though hopefully it’ll get better & better as it’s improved).

Probably a simple case of confusing the somewhat-more-common Commander 3 for the Commander 1 (which is actually officially called the HS/ST-series).

If you look at its sources, one of the top sources is Potter. I think it got confused because Potter calls the Commander 2 and 3 devices the “HS” series: HS-24 Selectable Candela Wall Mount Horn | Potter Electric.
But yes that AI needs to get better at using the proper sources for what you asked.

at least it got one right, simplex 4090-9001 is no where near close :joy:

Meet the new and improved simplex 4251-20:joy::joy:

Like I said before: AIs definitely aren’t perfect right now, but if you give them enough time they might very well become much better. Just searching for things on Google without using its AI mode (which of course didn’t always exist) has worked fine for decades at this point too. I should also remind you that this topic is “Fire Alarm Memes!”, not “AI fails at finding life safety-related terms”.
