Have there ever been dorms that people know of that have HORNS in them instead of speakers? It sounds a bit strange but I am curious.

My dorms… Here is my most recent video of these things. Wheelock NH with separate RSS strobes (odd setup). But the other dorm on campus has System Sensor SpectrAlert Advances on HIGH volume and continuous inside every sleeping room. OUCH! Glad I’m not in there!
