This tone sounds exactly like my old school which had some Simplex clock speakers in the classrooms, Valcom Clarity horns, and Valcom call buttons in all classrooms. This system is potentially a Simplex 5100 series building communication system, or maybe a Valcom. The Simplex 5100 uses some Valcom components I believe.
