Looks like @azboy is looking for the same (The Fire Panel - Documentation Site is Live - #7 by azboy) I’ve started looking but so far have come up pretty empty.
I was able to find this (https://cdn.thefirepanel.com/original/2X/0/0b9ebc8436df1760596cc915f6e5feb3567a42d6.jpeg) which was posted by @_azln a few years back. Just an advertisement though, not a programming manual. I’ve been looking, and will keep looking.
