“Now Available in the USA” huh? Surprising I’d say considering I don’t believe I’ve ever seen any of those here. When’s that ad from exactly?
Just a heads-up: it seems you posted quite a few of those brochures twice (& thus there are duplicates of them): you might wanna fix that. You also reposted pretty much all of those from the Google Drive link that El_Chupacabra shared.
you’re right, I was just reposting them for people who forgot to click on the link, or did not see it.
1997 or 96 if I’m not wrong.
I’m sure they’d eventually see the link & click on it.
Huh, alright. Seems like nothing actually came of it though given you can’t find those signals pretty much anywhere in the US as far as I know.
This system looks like a rebranded ITI Caretaker Plus. Although that programmer unit looks similar to the one used for the SX-V.
Just noticed that now. Imagine that: Wheelock in the security business!
What do you suppose “ActionPath” was? I see mention of both “VoiceLink” & “SAFEPATH” (the latter of which was the successor to the former) in that brochure, but I otherwise don’t really know what it does or what it’s for.
It seems to be for general paging and audio communications. It probably handled automatic voice announcements for things like assistance buttons in stores, since that is one of the things on the image.
Oh, really? Okay, cool (even though that’s also seemingly kinda what the VoiceLink-series was for as well).
No wonder why I see a bunch of their older pull stations in LA
Excellent finds! More insight into Silent Knight’s early products & history! (even if the company goes back to 1961)
Can people post some more brochures
