That’s actually made by Johnson Controls, its a model SAV-4-5. It has a different grille on it than most other Standard plates…I’m still looking for one, BTW. I have a pic of the back of it somewhere, if I find it I’ll post it. A video probably isn’t going to happen though, sorry. I’m not exactly electrically inclined nor do I have the desire to hear one of those go off that close to me.
