The NuTone detector is in about the same spot in both photos, but nothing else between the two match.
I don’t fully understand what you’re saying but what I’m saying is just that they’re in the same house
What I’m saying is that I’m not convinced those photos are from the same house given the ceiling, wall, & detector color are all different between the two.
Well they are I remember finding them the same house I don’t know how I can give you more proof that they were in the same house
Oh, alright I guess. Maybe if you took a video going from one detector to the other that would “confirm” it in a sense, heh.
It’s definitely an 8201-series unit. Is the 8201-001 the only model with a battery flag though?
Yeah I think the 8201-001 is probably the only one that has that battery flag
I think I’ve seen a different model with a red battery flag instead of white
I don’t know where I took those images so I can’t record a video of me coming from one to another
So my current favorite FireX is the ADH, and I can’t find any good images of them so if anyone has any that they can take a photo of please send me a photo.
I don’t know about photos but there are at least two videos of the ADH that I could find (which are arguably even better than simple photos, heh):
Review of the FireX ADH 120 1049b
Rare FireX ADH heat alarm unboxing and test
Some time I would like to get one
I really like Fyrnetics and FireX
Which is rarer, FireX ADH or Sears 350.57045?
Most likely the FireX ADH but that’s a heat alarm
Here’s the only ADH that I have ever found, it basically looks like an FADC but it has a heat sensor (“fangs”) instead of a smoke sensor
To me they kind of look like ribs
Also this is one of the reasons I want one of them
Also as you can see in the video that Kidde also man their own version of the ADH because if you look closely you can see at the back of it on the front it says “Kidde FireX”
Also if you ever get one, keep in mind that those are heat alarms, not smoke alarms as the video title says.
