That might be a 2002RAC or 3001 since it looks like it has two test buttons (or in the case of the 2002RAC a hole opposite the button).
Pretty sure that’s actually an ESL 360/370/440-series smoke detector with a heat sensor.
Could also be the original model, the Pyrotronics FRU-1L.
