The Anti-Fire Alarm Trashing Police (TAFATP)

No. The one from the other Topic was on a Wheelock Speaker of some sort.

Saving rare 7002(T)s as well.

Is this an ET-1010-WS-24 or is it an older 800-series speaker strobe?

Definitely an ET; the paint finish says so.

I thought the 816T had the same paint finish as the ET-1010 but the 806T had an older paint finish.

This is a Honeywell SC811B1013. Unfortunately the strobe doesn’t work. However, the Speaker works perfectly.

Can you take a picture of the back? I believe this is a rebranded ET-1011, a product made exclusively for Honeywell that only differs from the ET-1010 by one capacitor on the back.

Honeywell rebrand, that’s even better

That’s not all the 7002/Ts and 34Ts I got. I got nearly 10 7002/Ts and over 20 34Ts. Technically 10 7002Ts to be exact but 2 are missing their Strobes so I took my MT-24-LSMs Strobe and slapped it on. I plan on wiring it in series so it can skip.

Technically that’s the V7002T-24-LSM since the strobe is meant to be oriented vertically.

What voltage do you plan on using?

I plan on using 24V DC.

Strange, this is my first time seeing a Honeywell speaker with a black capacitor, but like the other speakers, it doesn’t show any information for 25V. My theory about the capacitor may have been wrong in that case, or Honeywell may have shipped ET-1010 speakers in place of ET-1011 speakers in some shipments.

Does this normally work? I could be wrong, but I would expect a higher voltage to be required since the horn and strobe each require 24 VDC and the input voltage must be divided when connecting 2 devices in series.

Why was one of the MT have a broken horn?

I over loosened the screw for the horn terminal, dropped it on cement on accident, and fell off my Autocall Minilarm Panel, on to my Desk, then on to the Floor. So the Horn is basically useless.

Idk. I’ve never wired anything in series.

Edit: I just read a post about 7002T Strobes and they are in fact, both 24V Strobes. Someone else a while back Wired a 34T to a WS-24 in series which resulted then to skip. So I believe the V7002T-24-LSM will work.

Well, I do like the concept. Why not upload a video of it sounding when you’re done with it?

IM BROKE!!! MAKE ME JELAOUS    :dollar_banknote: :-1:

If you want I can give you a Honeywell branded 34T-24 or 2.

So I tested the V7002T-24-LSM and the Horn wouldn’t sound when I connected the Strobe. However, the Strobe did flash. When I disconnected the Strobe, the Horn sounded perfectly fine. Talk about a failed experiment. :frowning:
