What's the deal with that super-rare DTMF "111" voice evacuation system?

https://youtu.be/zn3wtDY50FQ?si=l-7LzlwTlJLvSow9 I also found another video of the same hotel as the one in ‘our hotel burnt down’. You can hear the alarm and the DTMF tone in the background.

https://youtu.be/fFwzVZxCnw4?si=uCVaRPqlnFzVXUjE There’s this one and you can see the strobes flashing at 2:00.

The hotel actually used to have a Cerberus system with pyrotronics and Cerberus pyrotronics MSI-20B pull stations, ILP-1 photoelectric smoke detectors and white E70 speakers with a few Wheelock vandal resistant speaker strobes. The system has since been taken over by a Gamewell E3 making that pyrotronics system now defunct.

I did find a DP-3 in one of the streetviews.

I still know there’s probably a system similar to that hotel still around, considering there was another video of one of those Cerberus Pyrotronics system going off.

A few years back, I visited a building with similar devices like the one at the hotel. Some of the devices were non-ADA Wheelock ceiling mounted speaker strobes, Wheelock E70 speakers, Wheelock RSS, and Siemens I-SM70-S30-C. The initiating devices were ILI-1 smoke detectors, and Cerberus Pyrotronics MSI-10Bs.
