It all started when me and my dad talked to a guy who salvages stuff from buildings that get demolished. I asked the guy if He could find some Fire Alarm Devices and he said he can.
Today my brother was sledding in our backyard and found this red thing half buried in the snow, he discovered it was a Fire Alarm! He showed it to me and I got excited and told him that it’s a Wheelock NS.

Well how about that: you never know where you might find these things! Congrats! Sure hope it works fully after having been outdoors for who knows how long in freezing snow (speaking of which I would love to know how it got there of all places).
Guess what? It worked! Strobe and all! It surprisingly wasn’t that loud but I guess that shows that You never know where you will find an Alarm. And I guess never underestimate Wheelock Alarms. They sure are built to last.

Yep! (though in snow is probably the last place I’d ever expect to find a life safety device of all things!)
