I recently got my hands on a Silent Knight 6820EVS. I tried to get into programing, and it’s locked by a password that is not default. Does anyone know a work around for this or another way of doing a factory restore without the password?
as far as I’m aware, you need to contact silent knight tech support as there are no current back door passwords, as well as those panels require the password being changed as I’m told a trouble will appear if you don’t. Sorry I cant help further.
if you wait on the password screen after it says denied or whatever, it gives you a hexadecimal code. sk tech support will ask for it

do you know which firmware version is on the panel?
Nope no work around it has the be done by Silent Knight. There used to be a backdoor for the old panel 291864 but it doesn’t work on these.
