What is the oldest version of VeriFier Tools that I can actually get my hands on to program my 3030, could I use the Australian VeriFier Tools. I mainly want to change the banner screen and mess with sounder bases.

I think version 5 was the last version of unregistered verifire tools software.
That would only work with version 12 or lower panels.
Im sure your panel is higher than 12. You could try to push v12 to your panel, but i wouldn’t recommend it. You could lock up your CPU.
V5 verifire tools is probably 15 years and im not sure what features it supports as far as sounders bases. Im pretty sure you cant program udact-2 with V5.
