The post office was built in the late 1980s and I think the NA has been there since the post office was built.

That’s a Simplex 2903-9002/2903-9102 + 2901-9833 combo: not sure what years the 9833 was made between exactly, but I know that the 2903-series was made between 1977 & 1992.
Have you ever seen it sounding? That’s basically the only way to know whether it’s a light 2903 (2903-9002) or strobe 2903 (2903-9102).
