Did they just change it this month? First time I’ve seen it too.
According to the Wayback Machine they updated it around July of last year (I didn’t even know they had until now though).
I still cant beleve that the are going bankrupt
As I said on that other topic, they’ve only filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy, who knows if they’ll actually be liquidated though (which is Chapter 7 bankruptcy).

Yep. I saw that. I hope they don’t file Chapter 7.
We’ll have to buy other brands if the company totally goes that way. Problem is Kidde is literally the mot popular brand in most areas for homes.

@Kai_Bannon Yes, which means people will have to find a new brand, like First Alert. I also think that Kidde’s Smoke Alarms are the nicest looking (In my opinion)
Yep. That’s a FireX alarm. FireX is owned by Kidde.
we have only had 1 issue with kidde smoke alarms when they all went off because 1 had a low battery and went off instead of cherping i n the middle of the night too
One time my electricity went out and all of my FireX detectors started beeping like if there is was an emergency.
That happend when we had our brk 86rac detectors
