Found some interesting Siemens devices at Frederick Meijer Gardens & Sculpture Park in Grand Rapids, Michigan. I’m not sure if the detector is Siemens or not.

The two prongs on the detector means it’s an OOH941/FDOOT441.
Definitely one of those two. I find it weird that the screws for the base are on the outside and not under the head though.
There are holes under the detector too, they just used the ones for a 4 square box. Generally they’d be covered but they left the little covers off.
Those ceiling SPSTs look like hockey pucks.
