Anyone know what Simplex annunciator this is?

I saw this Simplex annunciator in a McDonald’s on my trip to southeast Washington last week. I don’t know what panel is in the McDonald’s.

It almost looks like a Simplex 4601 annunciator, but the 4601 has a slightly different design than this one.

That’s a simplex 4810-9111

Thanks, I have never seen one before. What panel(s) is it compatible with?

No I don’t know that

According to what I have read the 4610-9111 (which is a similar model) is compatible with the Autocall 4006, the Simplex 4006, & the Simplex 4008 (which might mean that the 4810-9111 is as well).

My orthodontist office has the same annunciator

REVIVING THIS AFTER 10 MONTHS
I read the manual for both the 4006 and 4008, and here is a screenshot from the 4008 manual.

So according to this, the model number is 4610-9111, so @TheCarson116, you are correct.
Here is one from the 4006 manual.

Here are links to those manuals to see for yourself, too.

There’s nothing coming up for 4810-9111. Anybody have one?

I found a few pages for it via a Google search but given how few there are it might not be an actual model.

Here is the data sheet for the 4610-9111. Only compatible with the 4006 and 4008. So, the building must be using one of the two. Since the 4006 is both still in production and more suitable for a smaller building (especially something like a McDonalds), that’s probably what’s in use here.

I believe that 4810-9111 was a typo, as no such model exists in any Simplex database(s). The correct model number is 4610-9111.

I’ve only seen the 4810-9111 as a mislabeled listing on eBay. It’s a 4610-9111.

It’s 4610-9111 based on the docs and manual. I don’t think 4810-9111 is an actual model because it doesn’t exist on the Simplex model database and is probably just a typo.
