Anyone know what this horn is?

I’m pretty sure it’s an Edwards Adaptahorn, but I don’t know the model number. I think this was a flush mount horn judging by the screw holes around the horn grille. Anyone know what this horn is?

It is indeed an older Edwards horn. This model appears to be the predecessor to the well-known 360-series Adaptahorn. A similar horn (model 311-F) can be seen on Electric Bells and Horns | Old School Fire Alarms this page.

A few months ago, I saw an IBM-branded version of this device listed on eBay. I wouldn’t be surprised if other companies had also rebranded these horns.
