The bases are not recognized by the panel.
I program and address the bases correctly on the switch, but the bases are not recognized. FACP diplay shows TRBL [NO ANSWER ]
and you sure you wired it to the COMM terminals correctly and you addressed it properly.
Sometimes it can be a faulty base that needs replacement or wrong type(No answer + extra device) for programmed address(ISO/RELAY/SOUNDER/etc… bases)

Are you using the bases with 2 terminals or 4 terminals? I know I have had that issue before and the system won’t recognize the bases.
