Which is louder or more effective?

Or
Horns or Horn/Strobes?

What’s your opinion?

I personally like Horn/Strobes and Strobes more than Bells. I think that I depends where the alarm system is located (country-wise) America has a most horns so American are more responsive to horns than bells. On the other hand, Canadians may be more responsive to bells and horns because they are around in Canada, more than in the USA.

I think the size of the bells matter, but the type of horn also matters. Possibly the brand.
