Yep… that building has “the grandfather rule” So a 13 year old (me) is replacing the broken equipment.
That’s likely because newer 270-series stations have a design flaw in the form of the latch screw: it’s a security screw & as a result it’ll wear down over time with use until it can’t be actuated anymore (it actually can be turned with a regular screwdriver so it doesn’t really serve any purpose anyway).
