Are you looking to identify the box or the phone inside the box? if the phone, we would need a picture of the inside.

That is a Fire Warden Telephone, originally manufactured by Atlas Soundolier and when the components of a fire alarm system started to require UL they sold the manufacturing rights to various manufacturers. I would have uploaded various specification sheets which I call “Catalog Cut Sheets” but beinga new user, I am banned from doing that
