Can we get a section for emergency lighting?

If we could get a section for emergency lighting would be awesome! I love emergency lighting and when I posted this, I have been working on a project where I’m building a insane fire alarm system for a school on Roblox studio, and I have been working to script it so when I cut the power, the emergency lights come on, and that’s beginning to make me obsess over emergency lighting

I’m not necessarily opposed to it. Looks like in the past those kind of discussions have been all over the place (Fire Alarm General Discussion, Fire Extinguishers Suppression) and I agree that it doesn’t really fall into either of those categories. On the Discord, we have “Building Safety and Egress” which would include discussion of emergency lights. We can probably have a forum like that here.

@moderators, any suggestions?

I think it should be a combined category along with exit signs since they are typically both combined as well and serve useful backup lighting in a situation.

I think a general category for Emergency Lighting would be beneficial, allows a wide range of topics (ELS, Flood Lights, Exit Signs, etc…).
