When did whelock get bought out by cooper

The article doesn’t explain WHY they were bought out, though.
No one can say for sure, but Cooper probably wanted to expand into the signaling industry and made Wheelock an acquisition offer, and/or Wheelock’s board of directors were pushing for new management and the agreement came together mutually.
