Hi all. I got a 2903-9101 yesterday and the strobe has zero signs of life. What can be done to make it run again? I’ve already put in a new flash capacitor.

I’m honestly not sure, though the potentiometer on the right almost looks like it’s corroded, maybe try checking/inspecting that first.
Can we see the other side? The side you sent doesn’t have the xenon tube
